Before Starting Returns or Warranty Process:
- Please have the following information ready before contacting us:
In many cases, our Customer Service or Tech Support Team may be able to provide a quick solution to the issue at hand without the need to return your product
- Order ID#
- Vehicle Year, Make, Model, and/or Sub-Model
- Reason for return
- Any photos supporting your reason for return or claim
Returns: 30-Day Free Returns
- All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department. Please contact us before sending any items back.
- All returns must be in the original packaging and must not show signs of usage, installation, mounting or contain scratches. Returns violating any of these conditions will be rejected and sent back with no refunds.
- Prepaid return shipping will be provided to customer upon approval within 30 days of purchase
- You will have 14 days to return the item once your request has been approved and once the RMA# (Return Authorization Number) has been issued. AmeriLite automatically voids any returns past the 14-day window.
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged.
- Returning products without an issued RMA# (Return Authorization Number) may result in the package being rejected and sent back or a 25% restocking fee.
- DOA (Damage Upon Arrival) must be claimed with our Customer Service Team within 7 days of the delivery date.
- While we do our best to process any cancellation requests quickly, we do have daily multiple pickups by our shipping carriers. We regret that we are unable to cancel an order once it is in the carrier’s possession. We recommend calling or texting us at (844) 887-0885 for the fastest response.
Warranty: 90 Days Parts
- AmeriLite offers One-Year Warranty to cover product manufacturing defects, which does not include any installation fees or damage from misuse, accidents, or collisions.
- We will cover return shipping costs and provide prepaid return label for the first 30 days of purchase.
- Warranty begins from the date of purchase based on your proof of purchase. If a replacement is needed and an identical product is no longer available, we may replace with a similar or comparable item.
